Significant vintage Weiss rhinestone brooch pin is a horse of a different color amongst Weiss brooches. Possibly the best Weiss brooch we have ever seen or had, this is fashioned of fabulous, old, hand-cut crystal rhinestones shapes that have high tables and are all-prong-set in fancy in emerald cuts, squares, diamonds and navettes--and WOW there are so many of them! This very special Weiss brooch is constructed in two layers with the famous hook and eye construction that is usually a hallmark of high-end vintage costume jewelers like Schreiner that require expert craftsmanship. This piece is both opulent and simple with a nod to streamlined Art Deco design. It measures an important 3 x 1-3/4" and has a safety closure. It is in Excellent Condition and is signed "Weiss" in an oval signature plaque on the reverse of the pin. We think this pin is museum worthy quality in design, materials and condition. We will place the item on hold for 24 hours pending receipt of credit card info or Paypal payment and five business days awaiting receipt of a personal check or money order.

Shipments with payment by personal check will be held until checks clear.

For your protection, we will ship most domestic orders exclusively via UPS insured immediately upon receipt of credit card approval, Paypal notification or receipt of money order. It is not our policy to profit on shipping and handling. In order to expedite orders and give the most prompt delivery, we are instituting a flat fee of $8.65 for domestic UPS or USPS shipment. Domestic orders over $65. ship free. We can upgrade domestic UPS Ground shipping to Second Day Guarantee for $14. extra.

We reserve the right to ship via The United States Postal Service when shipping via UPS Ground is more than one U.S. dollar over our stated standard shipping charge of $8.65. Our base shipping charge for orders under $65. will remain $8.65 for all orders regardless of the shipper and method we choose. We accept Visa, Mastercard , Discover, American Express, Money Orders, Personal Checks and Paypal. International shipments can be shipped via United States Postal Service First Class with insurance through U-Pic. Email us for international shipping costs. Minimum order $18. US excluding shipping. Refund Policy

We offer a "no quibble" return privilege. We try very hard to be accommodating and we look forward to your continued good will; however, we must request your compliance with our return policy. We ship most domestic orders exclusively through UPS. REQUIRED # 1: You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise via e-mail or telephone in order to receive proper return address so as not to delay credits for credit card payments. REQUIRED #2: The merchandise must be received by us in the same condition VIA USPS, UPS or FED EX INSURED within five (5) business days of notification at customer expense. If the amount of a return causes the adjusted total of the original order to be under $65, the actual shipping charge (plus any upgraded shipping charges for expedited shipping requested by the customer) will be charged against the credit issued.

COMPLIMENTARY GIFTS WITH PURCHASE: We do include a free gift with every domestic minimum order of $18. We generally do not include a free gift with overseas orders to reduce shipping weight and potential duty or fees applicable in other countries. We will be happy to include a free gift with overseas orders if you wish to pay whatever duty or fees for the gift that may accrue in your country. Simply ask us to include it. Please note that this is a gift with purchase. Following the precedent of many other online dealers who offer free gifts with purchase, we are sorry, but due to rampant abuse, we are instituting a $10. charge for keeping a free gift with purchase when all merchandise purchased is returned.

We cannot be responsible for delays in receipt of items caused by the shipper. Reimbursements for receipt of damaged merchandise or lost packages may be delayed pending decisions on claims in accordance with the policies of the shipper. We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns not in accordance with our above policy. We are sorry, but we are unable, under any circumstance for any reason, to honor returns after thirty (30) days from receipt of merchandise.
