The dangle cage has flowers on it. In pristine condition. Your own chain would hold either dangle to make it into a pendant if you so desire. 16 ½ around the neck cuff. Orders are shipped USA or Canada: USPS 1st class or Priority & insurance included = 1-2 small items starting at $4.00 Priority is extra. We have private insurance that requires all packages not to be marked for security reasons.

International orders are shipped: Air Mail or Global Priority where available...International Air Mail starting at $6.00 which includes insurance for 1-3 small items and up...Global Priority starting at $11.00 for items insured under $99.00. Refund Policy

Notify me within 24 hrs. of receipt by email..if you want to return an item and 7 days to receive your return..in the same condition as sent..with proper packing and insurance (shipping & insurance not refunded if the item is as described). 10% re-stocking fee will be applied if customer returns items steadily as deemed by me.
