We offer a "no quibble" return privilege. For your protection, we ship all domestic items exclusively through UPS. REQUIRED # 1: You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise via e-mail or telephone in order to receive proper return address so as not to delay credits for credit card payments. REQUIRED #2: The merchandise must be received by us in the same condition VIA UPS or FED EX INSURED within five (5) business days of notification at customer expense.
