If you pay by check the items will be shipped wihin 10 days allowing for check clearance. We ship all items "insured" for your protection and this insurance is included in the shipping and handling charge. Most dolls and smaller items have a shipping, insurance and handling charge of $5.00 to $7.00. Furniture is handled by special carriers we contract with for California deliveries and another for national deliveries and this is subject to quotation, but the rates are very reasonable and you will be pleasantly surprised at our low rates.
Returns and refunds are accepted as long as youcontact us within 24 hours of your receipt of the item for return for claim instructions AND item is returned postmarked within 3 days of contact and returned in the same manner in which it is sent - same condition, same postal/insurance method and same quality wrapping and packaging.
