The man is in his thirties, tattoos on his neck, arms and I believe on his legs. His legs are very very thin and he navigates the wheel chair very well. If you are sending a check or Postal Money Order we will hold items seven (7) days awaiting payment. If you pay by check the items will be shipped wihin 10 days allowing for check clearance. We ship all items "insured" for your protection and this insurance is included in the shipping and handling charge. Most dolls and smaller items have a shipping, insurance and handling charge of $6.00 to $9.00. Furniture is handled by special carriers we contract with for California deliveries and another for national deliveries and this is subject to quotation, but the rates are very reasonable and you will be pleasantly surprised at our low rates.
Returns and refunds will be considered as long as you contact us within 24 hours of your receipt of the item for return for claim instructions. NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ART, PRINTS AND BROADWAY CARDS. Once approved an item must be returned and postmarked within 3 days of contact and returned in the same manner in which it is sent - same condition, same postal/insurance method and same quality wrapping and packaging. DO NOT RETURN ITEM WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. It must first have a return code, or refund will not be processed and item will not be accepted. "Lot", multiple and bulk purchases are not eligible for return. **Return Postage Not Refundable unless other arrangements have been made.
MORE.. IMPORTANT! Do Not Wash, try to repair Or Otherwise Clean any item if you are returning it to us for any reason. All of our items carry an invisible inventory code for our security as well as yours and our number must be present for satisfactory return of the item. If we have misstated something we will refund your purchase and the mailing costs. All other items returned will have a twenty-five (25) percent re-stocking fee.
