We offer a "no quibble" return privilege. For your protection, we ship all domestic items exclusively through UPS. REQUIRED # 1: You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise via e-mail or telephone in order to receive proper return address so as not to delay credits for credit card payments. REQUIRED #2: The merchandise must be received by us in the same condition VIA UPS or FED EX INSURED within five (5) business days of notification at customer expense. If the amount of a return causes the adjusted total of the original order to be under $50, the standard $6.50 shipping charge (plus any upgraded shipping charges for expedited shipping requested by the customer) will be charged against the credit issued.
