Beautiful necklace with cameo pendant. The cameo pendant can be detached to wear alone as a brooch. This details on this piece is amazing. The necklace looks like twisted gold, the cameo has dark stones that's pronged set. The lady is facing left & is silvery color and looks like she is in 3D. I tried to take close up pictures so you can see the quality of the work.
